At DUDE Wipes, we want your street-wear to feel as fresh as our hygiene products. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
